Terms of use
The terms for using this website. Consulting engagements are governed by their own agreements, not by this page.
Scope
These terms govern your use of frontiercyber.app (the "site"), operated by Frontier Cyber ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept them. Services we deliver to clients are governed by the written scope and agreement for each engagement, which take precedence over these terms. RiskTrace and Frontier Verify publish their own terms on their own sites.
Information on the site
The content of this site, including the Insights section, is published for general information. It describes our practices and our views on security topics at the time of writing. It is not professional advice for your situation and should not be relied on as such. Security guidance depends on context; if you need advice, request a quote and we will scope the work.
We work to keep the site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete, error-free or up to date, and we may change or remove content without notice.
Intellectual property
The text, graphics, logos, the Frontier Cyber mark and the design of this site are owned by us or licensed to us. You may read, link to and quote from the site for non-commercial purposes with attribution. You may not reproduce the site or substantial parts of it, use our marks, or present our content as your own without written permission.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site to send unsolicited messages, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain access to systems or data you are not authorized to access. Security researchers who find a vulnerability in the site are welcome to report it under our responsible disclosure policy, which sets out what testing we authorize.
Quote requests
Submitting a quote request does not create a contract or an obligation on either side. A reply from us is an invitation to discuss scope, not an offer, until a written scope and price are agreed and signed.
Third-party sites
The site links to RiskTrace, Frontier Verify and other third-party sites. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content, including indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed.
